Grief Walk with Interfaith Works

As part of Interfaith Works “Our Shared Journey: A week to reflect, remember and heal,” we are offering a Grief Walk to process our collective grief about the impacts of COVID-19 on our lives.

Wild Grief hosts an opportunity to come together for grief peer support and nature connection from wherever you are. This event is a combination of virtual engagement and solo nature immersion. We will start with an opening circle via video chat, welcoming all who arrive. With brief introductions, we share who/what we are carrying in our hearts, and offer some activities for your individual walk/nature time. Logging off the call each of us will find a place to be in nature for 30 minutes. This could be a walk around your neighborhood, a sit spot in your yard, or at a trail or park that you can get cell service at to do the event from your phone. After our time in nature, we will reconvene online for final sharing and a closing circle.

This event is free and open for anyone to participate. Click here to register!
