Join us for our October Hike Habit at West Bay Park, and Garfield Trail. This hike is free and great for beginners of all ages. No registration needed.

We will gather at West Bay Park, 700 West Bay Drive, at 11 am. Our walk will take us uphill along the Garfield trail and then circle back down. West Bay has parking and a port a potty, no fee or pass required.

Every grief hike begins with an opening circle, an acknowledgement of who is here and who we are carrying in our hearts. Then we walk in silence for 10 minutes. Then the group morphs and changes, small groupings or solitary walkers.  Conversations can be deep or light, mixing the here and now with our shut away places. And are times of walking with another in silence. We know each of us is somewhere in their grief journey and all are welcome. We end with a closing circle.
