Family Day Hike- June

Join us on an adventure out of daily life and into the wilderness with your family. We will immerse ourselves in nature and with kindness and acceptance we support one another to be with our emotions and our own experiences of grief. This is a beginner friendly hike for families with children of all ages. As always, all Wild Grief programs are free to participate in!

What’s a grief hike? Every grief hike begins with an opening circle, an acknowledgement of who is here and who we are carrying in our hearts. We acknowledge that each of us is somewhere in our grief journey and are welcome. We stop periodically for grief related conversation and activities.

Please leave pets at home; service animals are always welcome. Our skilled hike leaders will set a pace that accommodates the group.
